Tiffany Ward

Tiffany Ward has extensive experience in leadership and advocacy, currently serving as the Chief Equity Officer and previously as the Racial Equity Program Manager for Montgomery since 2007. Tiffany also founded Life Skills, Inc. under the Kingman Boys and Girls Club, where Tiffany has been involved since 2007. Prior roles include Workforce Investment Administrator at Friendship House from 2005 to 2007, Voting Rights Fellow at AFL-CIO from 2004 to 2005, and Director of Program Services at Mentors, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University and is an alumna of Holton-Arms School.
