Michelle Gregos

Michelle Gregos is an experienced educator and entrepreneur currently serving as an ELD & Focus Teacher and previously as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools since January 2022. As the CEO and Founder of Affinity for Learning LLC since August 2020, Michelle curates developmentally appropriate activity bags for early childhood development. Previous roles include Junior Recruiter at Kids in Need of Defense, Market Manager at Seasonal Roots, and Human Resources Assistant at ZeniMax Media and GovPEO/CAMRIS International. Michelle has a robust background in elementary education, having taught at Montgomery County Public Schools from 2012 to 2016, and has engaged in extensive professional development in teaching practices and special education. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland.
