Natalia Guerrido has extensive experience in education and leadership development, currently serving as an English Language Development (ELD) Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools since August 2021. Prior roles include Managing Director at Bonzach Performance Improvement, where strategies were provided for enhancing leadership effectiveness, and SVP, Talent Development Consultant/Master Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, focusing on business development initiatives. Previous experience includes Senior Learning Manager at Capital One, where curriculum strategies were managed for technological education, and Global Curriculum Manager at Pitney Bowes, collaborating with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
