Phil McTimoney

Phil McTimoney is a High School Computer Science Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools since August 2023. Previously, Phil served as a Senior Product Manager at SemaConnect from June 2021 to July 2023, and held the position of Product Manager at FINRA for a decade, where responsibilities included developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal products. Prior to that, Phil managed technical teams as a Technical Project Manager at FINRA and led project management efforts at ADP, overseeing a significant SaaS operation and providing support for high-profile clients. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Newcastle University, earned from 1989 to 1992.
