Jason Ware is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in healthcare management and clinical practice. Currently serving as a Hematology-Oncology Nurse Case Manager at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center since March 2018, Jason also holds the position of Physician Relations Manager at Montgomery Hospice since July 2013. Additionally, Jason has extensive travel nursing experience in intensive care units through Supplemental Health Care, starting in September 2006, and previously worked as a Staff RN in the ICU at Virginia Hospital Center from July 2004 to September 2006. Jason Ware holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from The George Washington University-Milken Institute School of Public Health and a BSN from Syracuse University, where studies encompassed Nursing, Psychology, and Biology.

Montgomery Hospice is a nonprofit hospice serving residents of Montgomery County, Maryland. Our team of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, spiritual counselors, social workers, certified nursing assistants, bereavement counselors and volunteers works with our patients and their families to provide quality end-of-life care in homes, extended care facilities and at Casey House, our acute care facility. Montgomery Hospice is accredited by The Joint Commission.
