Mike Conroy, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the fields of communication, management, and graphic design. Mike started their career in 1998 as a Pre-press Operator and Graphic Designer at Corporate Graphics, Inc. After working there for five years, they joined Signs By Tomorrow - Rockville as a Store Manager in Bethesda. In 2005, they transitioned to the Montgomery Village Foundation, where they held various positions including Multi Media Graphic Designer, Senior Graphic Designer, Communications Manager, Assistant Executive Vice President, Director of Communications, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President. In their current role, Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large-scale homeowners association/planned community with 40,000 residents. Mike manages the Communications Department, IT, and is involved in HR matters, legal issues, contract negotiation, budget creation and review, and policy enforcement. Mike has also been instrumental in implementing new technology and security measures for network systems, as well as overseeing projects such as the replacement of the organization's phone system and website. Additionally, they participate in the hiring process for senior-level management staff and interacts with various stakeholders, including community members, business leaders, and government officials. Overall, Mike Conroy has a wealth of experience in management, communications, and graphic design, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Mike Conroy, CMCA, AMS, PCAM attended McDaniel College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design/Art History. In addition to their formal education, Mike Conroy has pursued certifications in the field of community association management. In August 2021, they obtained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the Community Associations Institute. In October 2021, they also obtained the Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification from the same institution. Most recently, in September 2022, Mike Conroy obtained the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification, further enhancing their expertise and qualifications in the field.
