Molly Fender has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at The Columbia City Ballet. In 2009, they interned as a Public Affairs and Communications Intern at Coca-Cola Egypt. Since 2010, Molly has been with Monti, Inc., where they started as a Human Resources Manager and later progressed to the role of VP Human Resources, which they currently hold.
Molly Fender completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier University, attending from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations and Business from the University of South Carolina, which they attended from 2005 to 2009.
In addition to their academic achievements, Molly Fender has also obtained two certifications. In 2012, they obtained the "Professional in Human Resources" certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). More recently, in August 2021, they achieved the "Hearty Proven Member" certification from Hearty.
