Cathlene Rivera-Cruz

Cathlene Rivera-Cruz is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in school counseling, program management, and student support. Currently serving as the Guidance Department Chair School Counselor at Monticello Central School District, Rivera-Cruz also co-chairs the Graduation Committee and works as an ENL School Counselor. As the Founder and CEO of Your Campus Network since 2014, Rivera-Cruz has focused on advising college students and providing resources for academic success. Past roles include School Counselor at Newburgh Enlarged City School District, Director of the Liberty Partnerships Program at SUNY Orange, and various positions within opportunity programs at multiple colleges. Rivera-Cruz holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education and an Advanced Certificate for Bilingual School Counselor Extension from Long Island University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Lehman College. Notably, Rivera-Cruz received recognition as a Rockland County 40 Under 40 honoree.
