Noelle Ray Stoops Crovo has over ten years of professional work experience. In 2007, they began working as a Reception/Kennel/Vet Assistant at Lakeside Animal Hospital. In 2010, Noelle became a Legal Assistant at Carter & Clendenin, P.A. Noelle Ray Stoops then moved on to Shear Enterprises in 2011, where they worked as a Sales Assistant to the Director of Sales. In 2013, Noelle worked as a Sales Representative at EGP, Inc. and as a Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Visual Merchandiser at Forever 21. In 2015, they began working as a Senior Sales Consultant at CarMax. In 2019, Noelle became a Sales Strategy Internal Consultant at MONTKUSH. Most recently, in 2016, Noelle became President and Director of Strategy at sugar•AI. As Director of Strategy, they were responsible for managing day-to-day structure of incoming and ongoing productions and post production work flow while developing processes to maximize productivity in all departments.

Noelle Ray Stoops Crovo has a Bachelor's Degree of Arts & Sciences from the University of South Florida, which they earned between 2006 and 2010, with a field of study in Communication Performance. Noelle Ray Stoops is currently pursuing a Master's Degree of Communication Management from the University of Southern California, which they expect to complete in 2022, with a field of study in Communication and Media Studies.
