Philippe Lafrance is an experienced professional in foreign investments and business development, currently serving as Senior Director of Foreign Investments at Montréal International since October 2022. Previously, Philippe held key roles in the Government of Canada, including Principal Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages, and Director of Constituency for Hon. Mélanie Joly from January 2018 to June 2021. Philippe's career also includes positions as a Negotiation and Business Development Strategist at Synégo inc., Constituency Director for Léo Bureau-Blouin at the Assemblée nationale du Québec, and various roles in economic and political advisory capacities. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Law with a focus on Dispute Prevention and Resolution from Université de Sherbrooke, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations from UQAM.
