Xavier Bordeleau st-Cyr

Xavier Bordeleau St-Cyr, CRIA, has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Since December 2017, Xavier has been serving as a Talent and Culture Advisor at the Port of Montreal, focusing on recruitment, labor relations, compensation, and SAP system utilization. Prior to this role, Xavier interned in labor relations at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where responsibilities included implementing a new collective agreement and conducting demographic analysis of employees. Previous positions also include customer service representative and warehouse worker at The Martin-Brower Company, as well as various roles in food service. Xavier holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain, alongside a DEC in Ordinary Systems Technology from Collège Gérald-Godin.
