Lesley-Ann Bovell

Lesley-Ann Bovell, Ed.D., CCC-SLP, serves as an Assistant Professor and Program Director for Communication Sciences and Disorders at Montreat College since August 2022. Bovell holds extensive leadership experience, currently functioning as the Chief Executive Officer of The Allicock Group since November 2017. Previous roles include SLP/Clinical Educator at Gallaudet University, Adjunct Professor of Education and Assistant Professor of Special Education at Washington Adventist University, and Chief Operating Officer at The Therapy Connection. Bovell's clinical experience encompasses positions as a Speech-Language Pathologist in various organizations, including Specialized Education Services Inc and Options Public Charter School. Academically, Bovell earned a Doctor of Education in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Education in Communication Disorders from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Andrews University.
