Gary Steininger

Gary Steininger is an experienced professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Montreux Golf & Country Club since May 2023. In addition, Gary has been a Golf Coach at Coral Academy of Science-Reno since February 2021 and holds the title of Chief Bottle Opener at Full Glass Hospitality, a growing company specializing in food and beverage services. Previously, Gary was the Director of Food and Beverage at Tamarack Casino from July 2020 to June 2021 and worked as the Restaurant and Wine Director at Silver Legacy Resort Casino for 15 years. Gary's career also includes expertise in recruiting, training, and operational management within the Eldorado Resorts, Incorporated. Gary earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1986 to 1991.
