Gunther Sascha Filkorn

Gunther Sascha Filkorn is a seasoned engineering and product development professional with extensive experience in the technology and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Montrium since July 2021, Gunther oversees engineering resources and budgets while providing strategic guidance for specific products. Prior to this role, Gunther held various positions at CAE from 1998 to 2021, including Digital Product Manager, where responsibilities encompassed product roadmap management, Agile leadership, and digital transformation initiatives. Gunther's previous roles included technical leadership and integration responsibilities for military visual systems and product development. Gunther received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in ASIC design from McGill University.
