Heidi Dragoo

Heidi Dragoo is an applied epidemiologist, with over seven years’ experience studying causes of illness and injury and their impact on community health. She was elected to the MMHI Board of Directors in 2017. She earned a Masters of Public Health degree from Tulane University and an undergraduate degree in Communications from Xavier University. In her current role, she oversees the Epidemiology Program at Mesa County Public Health. Heidi is passionate about utilizing data to improve community health outcomes. She and her husband, David, have called Montrose home since 2015. Heidi enjoys spending her free time outdoors, whether hiking, biking, skiing or taking their puppy, Remy, to the City’s wonderful dog park.
