Steven Greisdorf has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steven founded Chestnut Financial Group, providing consulting services to organizations, and worked at the International Monetary Fund as a Section Chief and Budget Officer.

Steven Greisdorf has a strong educational background. Steven obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education from the Johns Hopkins University School of Education in the years 2013-2021. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Human Resource Management at The George Washington University School of Business between 1991 and 1994. Steven also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University, which they received in 1988 after studying there from 1984 to 1988. In addition to these degrees, they have also obtained a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida in 2021 and a Certificate in Change Management from Johns Hopkins University.
