Steven Greisdorf has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steven is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College, teaching business problem solving and Excel skills. Previously, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Montserrat College of Art and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, where they implemented new practices and systems to improve efficiency. Steven also held the position of Director of Finance and Operations at Brookwood School and Head of Operations at BASIS Independent McLean. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Head of School at The Harbor School and an Associate Teacher at Beauvoir, The National Cathedral Elementary School. Additionally, they have experience working as a Deputy National Coordinator at Initiatives of Change/Hope in the Cities, where they managed an international program. Steven founded Chestnut Financial Group, providing consulting services to organizations, and worked at the International Monetary Fund as a Section Chief and Budget Officer.

Steven Greisdorf has a strong educational background. Steven obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education from the Johns Hopkins University School of Education in the years 2013-2021. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Human Resource Management at The George Washington University School of Business between 1991 and 1994. Steven also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University, which they received in 1988 after studying there from 1984 to 1988. In addition to these degrees, they have also obtained a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida in 2021 and a Certificate in Change Management from Johns Hopkins University.
