Krista Pelley

Krista Pelley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Krista is currently working as a Consultant Liaison at MasterMind Consulting Network since June 2022. Concurrently, they are also the Director of People Operations at Monument Academy Public Charter School starting from June 2022. In this role, Krista is responsible for overseeing effective operating procedures and putting people before policies. Krista also oversees marketing and supports the school with enrollment.

Prior to their current positions, Krista worked at World Compass Academy from 2016 to 2022. Krista held the roles of Assistant Principal and Middle School Teacher during this time. At Loveland High School, they worked as a High School English Teacher from 2006 to 2008.

Krista Pelley received their Bachelor's degree in Communication with an Emphasis in Business Communication from Colorado State University in 2006. During the same period, they also pursued a Minor in English. Krista then went on to pursue a Master of Education (MEd) in Education and Human Resources and Educational Leadership from Colorado State University, completing it in 2008.
