Krista Pelley

Krista Pelley currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Monument Academy and as a Consultant Liaison at MasterMind Consulting Network, both since June 2022. Additionally, Krista holds the position of Director of People Operations at Monument Academy Public Charter School, where responsibilities include enhancing operating procedures and prioritizing people over policies. Previous roles included serving as Assistant Principal and Middle School Teacher at World Compass Academy from August 2016 to June 2022, and High School English Teacher at Loveland High School from August 2006 to November 2008. Krista Pelley earned a Master’s Degree in Education and Human Resources with a focus on Educational Leadership and holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Minor in Communication and English from Colorado State University.
