Adam Pingel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Adam started their career in the US Navy as a Petty Officer from June 1996 to April 1999. After leaving the Navy, they joined Mixing & Mass Transfer Technologies, LLC, where they worked as a Field Engineer and Project Manager from an unknown start date to 2006. Adam then became a Plant Manager and Partner at the same company from 2006 to 2009.

In 2009, Adam Pingel joined Monument Chemical as a Site Leader and Operations Manager. Adam held this role until June 2016 when they transitioned to the role of Site Leader. In December 2018, they were promoted to Business Manufacturing Leader and later in January 2020, they became the Vice President of Manufacturing.
