Deborah Schofner has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Deborah started their career at Oxy in 1995 as a General Manager Operations, where they stayed until 2005. Deborah then joined Ashland in 2005, serving as an Operations Manager until 2008, when they transitioned to Third Party Process Manager until 2012. Finally, they became the Global Tolling Procurement Manager at Ashland from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Deborah is working at Monument Chemical as the Director of Sales and Business Development, a position they have held since October 2022. Deborah also held the role of Commercial Development Manager in Custom Manufacturing at Monument Chemical from November 2017 to May 2023.
Deborah Schofner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron from 1989 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capital University, which they successfully completed between 1998 and 2001.
