Don Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Don most recently served as the Vice President and GM at Monument Chemical since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Haltermann Solutions™ as the Vice President/General Manager from March 2018 to November 2020. Don also held the role of Operating Partner at Mackinac Materials from June 2018 to July 2020.
Before that, they were a Board Member at Body Iron, Inc. from July 2017 to July 2020. From June 2015 to June 2018, they were the President of The Mackinac Group, a chemical R&D and manufacturing company. Prior to that, they held executive positions at FXI from May 2004 to May 2015, including Executive Vice President and General Manager, and was involved in managing bankruptcy processes and corporate acquisitions.
Don'searlier experience includes working as a Principal at Advanced Materials Group from May 2003 to April 2004, a Senior Account Manager at Foamex from 1997 to 2003, and a North American Automotive Representative at Petoskey Plastics from March 1994 to March 1997.
Don began their career as a Sales Representative at Chemcentral, Inc. from March 1991 to March 1994.
Don Phillips attended Lawrence Technological University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Don'smajor was focused on Finance and Accounting.
