Jeffrey Sears

Jeffrey Sears is a highly experienced chemist currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Chemist at Monument Chemical since August 2024. Prior experience includes positions as a Research Chemist at Sasol from July 2022 to August 2024 and as a Senior Scientist at UbiQD, Inc. from March 2021 to June 2022. Jeffrey's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Rochester, where research and teaching assistant roles were held from August 2015 to July 2021.
