Christy Steele

Christy Steele currently serves as the Value Payment Reform Manager at Monument Health since July 2017, where expertise encompasses quality reporting initiatives such as the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program and the Medicare Quality Payment Program. Prior to this, Christy held the position of Oncology Patient Coordinator at Huntsman Cancer Institute, effectively streamlining patient scheduling and contributing to significant initiatives including the EPIC EMR rollout. Experience also includes serving as Program Director at the YMCA of Columbia - Willamette, overseeing operations of an afterschool program, and as Site Supervisor for Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Early career experience includes Practice Management Associate roles, implementing marketing strategies and improving operational efficiencies for medical practices. Christy holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and Policy from Creighton University.
