Patrick Woodard

Patrick Woodard, MHA, MD, currently serves as the Chief Healthcare Information Officer at Monument Health since January 2023. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, Patrick previously held the position of Chief Digital Officer at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, overseeing digital transformation initiatives, and served as Chief Medical Information Officer and Vice President of Clinical Systems at Renown Health, where leadership of clinical software and informatics teams was a key responsibility. Additionally, Patrick co-founded DocDox, focused on improving transitions of care and supporting physicians with documentation. Academic contributions include roles as an instructor at St. George's University and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Patrick holds an MD from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, an MHA from The George Washington University, and a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University. In the arts, Patrick has been a violinist with the Reno Philharmonic Orchestra since 2000.
