Paulette Davidson

Paulette Davidson, FACHE, CMPE, currently serves as President and CEO of Monument Health, a position held since October 2015. Prior to this role, Paulette held significant leadership positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer of Rapid City Hospital at The Nebraska Medical Center and Chief Human Capital Officer at Bellevue Medical Center. With a career spanning over two decades, Paulette's experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at The Nebraska Medical Center and Executive Director at IU Health - Goshen General Hospital and the Center for Cancer Care. Paulette holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
