Rebecca Bradley Msn

Rebecca Bradley has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Rebecca started their career at Black Hills Works in 2012 as an Associate Instructor, where they supported individuals with disabilities in achieving personal outcomes. Rebecca then joined Monument Health in 2014 as a Registered Nurse, providing care to patients across various specialties. In addition to their nursing role, Rebecca also served as a Nurse Recruiter, sourcing and connecting with potential candidates for the organization. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner, focusing on the growth and development of nursing professionals. Rebecca later became the Director of Magnet Program, leading initiatives to achieve magnet recognition for the organization. Currently, they hold the position of Nursing Director, overseeing clinical coordination, transfer center, and nursing excellence at Monument Health.

Rebecca Bradley has a diverse education history. Rebecca obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from South Dakota State University in 2014. In 2017, they completed their Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) with a specialization in Leadership and Management from Walden University. Currently, Rebecca is pursuing their Doctor of Healthcare Administration (DHA) at Walden University, which is expected to be completed in 2025. In terms of certifications, they are a Nursing Professional Development (RN-BC) certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR), and holds a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
