Andy Wagstaff

Andy Wagstaff has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Andy started their career as an Assistant Management Accountant at Paragon Community Housing Group Limited in 2009. Andy then moved on to work at Legal & General, where they served as a Finance Analyst from 2011 to 2013 and later as a Finance Manager from 2013 to 2016. At Direct Line Group, Andy worked as a Finance Business Partner from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Monument Re Group as the Financial Controller for the UK since February 2019 and recently promoted to the role of Head of FP&A in January 2021.

Andy Wagstaff attended the University of Plymouth from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2014, they also earned the ACMA, CGMA certification from the CIMA institution.
