Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Monument Re Group since September 2020, Laura previously held the position of HR Manager & Talent Acquisition Lead at TeamSport Indoor Go Karting from September 2014 to August 2020, contributing to the company's growth in the UK indoor karting sector. Prior to this, Laura was a Swim Instructor at Places for People from March 2012 to August 2014 and spent a decade at Hays PLC, where Laura held multiple leadership roles, including Business Director and Senior Manager, overseeing operations across Surrey, Hampshire, and the South Coast. Laura earned a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Nottingham between 1991 and 1994.
