Tia Mangourova

Tia Mangourova has extensive experience in finance, currently serving in Group Finance at Monument Re Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tia held the position of Head of Financial Control & Finance Change at TAL Australia from April 2019 to December 2021. Tia's career also includes time with Munich Re as part of the Life Finance team between September 2015 and April 2019, and a managerial role at EY from November 2013 to August 2015. Tia began at EY as a Qualified Chartered Accountant - Audit Senior from September 2009 to September 2013. Tia obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in International Commerce with Italian from University College Dublin from 2005 to 2009 and completed secondary education focused on Commerce International with Italian at Newbridge College in County Kildare from 2002 to 2004.
