Jeffrey Harper Hoover has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Full Time Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they devised lesson plans and strategies to help hundreds of people reach their personal goals. Jeffrey then worked as an Outside Sales for Moxie Pest Services for 4+ months, followed by 3 months as a California State certified applicator. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company as an International Customer Care Supervisor, where they championed a team of 15-20 bilingual customer service and sales associates and partnered with Human Resources in the interviewing and hiring of dozens of employees. Theirteam had the highest average performance of all bilingual teams during 2015, 2016, and 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at American CNG as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where they were responsible for a 85% increase in company revenue and partnered and consulted frequently with government officials and privately held B & C level executives. Currently, they are working at Monumetric as a Sales Team Manager and Website Monetization Specialist, where their site ad strategy consultations are centered around in-depth site traffic analysis, platform and code compatibility, SEO, and site growth projections, and revenue goals. Jeffrey is also certified as a Product Owner and development team member/stakeholder for various projects.

Jeffrey Harper Hoover attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2013 to 2018, where they studied Exercise Physiology and Business Management. In August 2021, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
