Alison Landry

Alison Landry currently serves as the Senior Contact Center Manager at Safe Step Walk-In Tub, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Alison held various roles at Working Solutions from March 2015 to October 2023, including Director of Education & Development, where responsibilities included engaging with clients to identify educational gaps and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additional roles at Working Solutions involved managing agent development and education efforts while mentoring staff and analyzing performance trends. Alison's earlier experience includes serving as Title I Program and Parent Facilitator with Polk County School Board and teaching elementary education. Educational qualifications include a Specialist in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of West Florida, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Florida Southern College.
