Rens Klos

Rens Klos is a seasoned project manager and HR implementatie manager with extensive experience in guiding implementation and migration projects across various organizations. Currently, Rens is responsible for the migration of SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors at Nederlandse Spoorwegen and managing the implementation of ADP Workforce at Monuta. Rens has also contributed to partner initiatives at Gewoon Door, supported HR and IT projects through HR IT PRO, and served as project manager for HR systems at various companies, including Alliander and Ahold Delhaize. Rens's background includes project management roles at ADP Nederland B.V. and Softbrick, where expertise in workforce management and payroll systems was developed. Rens holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labour from Ichthus Hogeschool, an Associate degree in Small Business and Retail Management from Stenden, and a Post HBO in Business Administration from HES Rotterdam.
