Serinde Holtkamp

Serinde Holtkamp is an experienced professional in ICT and project management, currently serving as Service Manager ICT and PMO at Monuta since August 2019, focusing on transition management and portfolio oversight. Prior experience includes work as an implementation and communication advisor at MINDEF, contributing to defense-wide ICT and change projects, and serving as IT project leader at I-Interim Rijk, where involvement in various projects and internal training initiatives occurred. Serinde also coordinated the Rijks I Traineeprogramma at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, managing program development and trainee selection.
