Charlie O'Driscoll

Charlie O'Driscoll has a diverse background in recruitment and talent management. Charlie is currently working as the Head Of Tech Recruitment at Monzo Bank since September 2021. In 2022, Charlie also became an Advisor for Mytos, providing support and expertise in people and talent-related topics. Prior to these roles, Charlie worked as a Recruitment Manager at Deliveroo from July 2019 to September 2021. Charlie also served as a Talent Lead at Improbable from June 2018 to August 2019 and as a Recruitment Manager at Vodafone from April 2016 to June 2018. Before joining Vodafone, Charlie gained experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at the BBC from September 2015 to May 2016 and as a Senior Recruiter at UCAS from July 2014 to September 2015. Charlie'scareer in recruitment began as a Recruitment Consultant at rethink from August 2011 to July 2014.
