Hannah MacDonald

Hannah MacDonald has over 18 years of work experience in various roles in the IT industry. Hannah is currently working at Monzo Bank as the Supplier Operations Lead since August 2020, where they are responsible for managing third-party services, including procurement, vendor management, and compliance. Prior to this, they held positions at JUST EAT as the Senior Service Manager from 2016 to 2018, at Impellam Group as the Head of IT Service Delivery from 2014 to 2016, and at the National Trust as the IT Business Partner from 2012 to 2014. Hannah also has experience in PrePay Solutions as the Technical Support Manager and Service Delivery/Improvement Manager from 2010 to 2012, and at Shaw Trust in various roles including Lead Business Analyst, IS Service Delivery Manager, IT Operations Team Leader, and IT Helpdesk Analyst from 2002 to 2010.

Hannah MacDonald began their education at George Ward School in Wiltshire from 1992 to 1999, where they completed their A Levels and GCSEs. Hannah then pursued a degree in Computing at the University of Hertfordshire from 1999 to 2002.
