Natalie Beddows (Ledward) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Natalie currently works at Monzo Bank, where they have held multiple roles since joining in October 2017. Natalie'smost recent position is Head of Vulnerability, Access & Inclusion, which they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Vulnerable Customers from December 2020 to August 2022. Before moving into management roles, Natalie worked as a Vulnerability Manager from December 2019 to December 2020, and as a Vulnerable Customer Analyst from March 2018 to December 2019. Prior to joining Monzo Bank, Natalie worked at Apple for over six years. Natalie started as a Specialist in April 2011, where they advised customers in a retail environment on Apple products and conducted training sessions on Apple software. In November 2014, they transitioned to the role of Creative, where they facilitated training services for Apple's consumers, business users, and users in education by conducting personal and group training sessions on the latest hardware and software.

Natalie also volunteered at Fab Lab Manchester, a digital fabrication laboratory, from January 2013 to June 2015. In this role, they provided safety inductions and training on various equipment, such as laser cutters, 3D printers, vinyl cutters, and CNC routers. Natalie'stechnical knowledge and understanding of user needs were essential in their volunteer work.

Natalie'searliest work experience was as an Architectural Assistant at Unity Partnership, where they worked from November 2010 to August 2011.

Natalie Beddows (Ledward) obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture from Newcastle University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
