Natasha Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Natasha started their career as an intern at Hillier Hopkins in 2007. Natasha then worked as a parliamentary intern for a Member of Parliament and gained experience in dealing with difficult cases and researching and responding to casework.

In 2013, during their gap year, Natasha interned at Grayling, a PR consultancy firm, where they learned how to manage client profiles and updated them regularly with political concerns. Natasha also produced a final deliverable on key issues included in the Finance Bill 2013. During the same year, they interned at the Daily Mail, where they wrote articles for the City and Finance Desk, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, share price analysis, and summarizing the Autumn Statement.

In 2014, Natasha joined EY as a CA trainee, specializing in international tax, and worked there until 2017. Natasha then had a secondment to New York in 2018 and subsequently returned to EY as an International Tax Advisor. Natasha participated in a six-month secondment to an ASX 100 company, working on a global divestment, managing the design and implementation of the project across tax, legal, and treasury departments.

Natasha joined Monzo Bank in 2019 as a Senior Tax Manager, showcasing their expertise in tax management.

Natasha Johnson pursued their education from 2003 to 2010 at St Philomena's Catholic High School for Girls, where they obtained A-Levels in English, Maths, History, Politics, and Theology. After completing their A-Levels, they attended the University of York from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Following their undergraduate studies, from 2014 to 2017, Natasha Johnson furthered their education at ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs, focusing on becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA).
