Ned Purcell

Ned Purcell is currently a Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate) at Monzo Bank, having previously served as M&A Advisory Legal at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank and as an Associate in Corporate M&A at Reed Smith LLP. Ned began their legal career at Clifford Chance, where their role included significant contributions to the Corporate and M&A teams. They have worked on high-profile transactions, advising entities such as sovereign wealth funds and leading corporations. Ned holds a Juris Doctor from UNSW Australia and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Science from the University of Sydney.
