Rachael Head has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer relationship management. Rachael's early work experience includes roles at Sainsbury's. Rachael worked as a Customer Communication Executive, where they drove sales and developed customer loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns. Rachael also held the role of General Merchandise Online Business Planner, where they planned and coordinated corporate events and range launches for the GM online business.

Throughout their career, Rachael has demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, marketing strategy, and driving sales through targeted campaigns.

Rachael Head began their education journey in 2004 at the University of Leeds, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Rachael completed their undergraduate studies in 2007. Following their bachelor's degree, Rachael continued their education at the University of Leeds, specializing in Race and Resistance (History). Rachael obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in this field in 2008.

In 2021, Rachael enrolled at CPPD, where they pursued a Certificate in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, which they completed in 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Rachael attained a Braze Certified Marketer certification from Braze in April 2023.
