Senior Manager Customer Operations at Monzo

Tom Petrie started their career as a Teaching Assistant at FirstClass in November 2010. Tom then worked as a Barman at JD Wetherspoon from November 2010 to February 2011. In 2012, they joined Student Adventures as an Events Officer until August 2014. From November 2014 to January 2017, they worked at Choose a Challenge, first as a Business Development Manager and then as a Client Relationship Manager. Since January 2018, Tom has been working at Monzo Bank, starting as a Squad Captain in Customer Operations and later promoted to the role of Senior Manager in June 2019.

From 2009 to 2012, Tom Petrie attended the University of Birmingham, where they pursued a degree in European politics with a focus on politics.
