Lauren Jane Pena's work experience includes their current position as an Operations Manager at Moocho, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Florida International University, where they held various roles. From March 2022 to July 2022, they were a Student Account Collections Generalist - AR/Collections. Before that, from May 2021 to March 2022, they served as the Lead Emergency Aid Relief Specialist. From August 2017 to May 2021, they worked as a Scholarship Assistant.
