Diala Zantout has a varied work experience, starting in 2020 as a Retail Manager for Zantout Construction And Maintenance Office. In 2022, they became a Member in charitable organization for Bunyan Development Association, an Interior Designer and Social Media Manager for innovation brickwork M/N Ltd, and a Freelance Interior Designer for Moodfit.

Diala Zantout is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Interior Architecture at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they attended the same university from 2017 to 2020 and studied Interior Architecture.
