Lauren Dugan

Lauren Dugan has extensive experience in ticketing management, currently serving as the Director of Ticketing at Moody Center ATX since December 2021, following roles as Senior Ticketing Manager and Ticketing Manager. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Box Office Manager at Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex from June to December 2021 and Director of Ticketing at Official ASM Global from October 2015 to June 2021, overseeing ticketing operations for INTRUST Bank Arena and Save Mart Center. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Ticketing for Washington Kastles, Ticket Services Manager at Lehigh University, and various positions at Global Spectrum, where Lauren progressed from Box Office Manager to Assistant Box Office Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Old Dominion University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
