Rhea Shaffer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rhea started their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at Clarks Company, where they eventually became an Assistant Store Manager. In 2012, they worked as a Tour Consultant at Music Celebrations International. Rhea then joined Arizona Opera Company in 2013 as a Box Office Representative and later became the Box Office Manager from 2016 to 2019. Rhea also worked at USAA as a Claims Representative from 2015 to 2016. Most recently, they held the position of Director Of Ticketing at CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts, where they oversaw event setup, developed best practices for customer service, and collaborated with the marketing department on ticketing campaigns.

Rhea Shaffer attended Sahuaro High School from 2004 to 2007. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Arizona, completing their studies from 2007 to 2012.
