He has more than 15 years of experience advising private sector clients, particularly the defense and aerospace industry, on a broad range of government contract pricing, compliance, third-party risk, audit, and dispute related matters. Experience spans operational and compliance issues related to GSA/VA FSS contracts, supply chain risk management (SCRM) program development and compliance, capture support for best-in-class contract solutions, commercial item determinations, and contract management support.
