Ani Casillas

Ani Casillas is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as SVP of People Services & Solutions at Moody's Corporation since January 2023. Prior experience includes over 17 years at Citrix, where Ani built and led a global HR Shared Services and Mobility team that supported over 10,000 employees across 44 countries. Roles at Citrix included Director of Global HR Shared Services & Mobility and Sr Manager of US HR Shared Services, where Ani played a key role in transitioning the HR Shared Services model and establishing a Global Mobility organization. Ani began a career in human resources at Openwave Systems, progressing from Human Resources Administrator to HR Manager. Ani holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with an Accounting Minor from UC Santa Barbara.
