Steve Cochrane

Steve Cochrane is currently the Chief Asia-Pacific Economist at Moody's Corporation. Prior to this, they spent 25 years at Moody's Analytics as the Managing Director of Economic Research. In this role, they oversaw the analysis and forecasting activities of the Moody’s Analytics U.S. economic research team, managed the US regional forecast service and the development of Moody’s Analytics European, Latin American and Asia subnational forecasts. Steve also produced and edited Moody’s Analytics Regional Financial Review publication and was a conference speaker for Moody’s Analytics hosted and third-party events.

Steve Cochrane earned their Ph.D. in Regional Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Steve Cochrane reports to Robert Fauber, President & CEO. They work with DK Bartley - Chief Diversity Officer, Tameka Alsop - Chief of Staff, and Mark Kaye - SVP, CFO.
