Laine Shepherd

Laine Shepherd, MBA, has a strong background in engineering and operations leadership within the medical device industry. Laine most recently served as the Global Director R&D Engineering at Moog Medical Devices, where they played a key role in the research and development of medical products. Prior to that, Laine worked as the Director of Engineering, Research and Development at Moog Medical, overseeing engineering teams and product development. Laine also held the position of Director of Operations at Clinical Innovations, LLC, where they guided operational efforts and played a role in strategic planning. Laine's experience also includes roles at Edwards Lifesciences and Varian Medical Systems, where they held leadership positions in engineering and operations, demonstrating their ability to manage P&L accountability and lead cross-functional teams.

Laine Shepherd, MBA, has pursued higher education in both business management and mechanical engineering. Laine obtained an MBA in Business Management from Westminster College. Prior to that, Laine also earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
