Colleen Klimek (Mroz) currently serves as a Process Improvement Leader at Moog Inc., a position held since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading kaizen activities to enhance site-level KPIs with Lean and problem-solving tools. Prior experience includes roles as Process Development Leader at API Delevan, Process Engineer at Sefar Inc., and Product Design Engineer at Moog Industrial, as well as an internship focused on assessing chemical compliance of components to REACh standards. Additionally, Colleen worked as a MathWorks Student Ambassador, promoting MathWorks software through real-life demonstrations. Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution.
