Erin Fierle

Erin Fierle, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Moog Inc. since October 2024. Previously, Erin was the Vice President of Human Resources for the Buffalo Sabres from September 2023 to October 2024, and held the position of Director of Human Resources at Pegula Sports and Entertainment from December 2014 to September 2023. Erin's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at HARBORCENTER and the PSE Hospitality Division, and HR Manager at the Visiting Nursing Association of Western New York. Earlier in the career, Erin worked at Rural/Metro Corporation and Cooper Power Tools in various HR roles, starting as an HR Generalist. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration from Clarkson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
